DarkRP settings messing up #254

What is the problem?
Every time the server crashes or restarts the settings on darkrp go to some
really messed up settings. a admin changed settings and they didn't know
that i didn't want them changing stuff and now every time the server
crashes it goes back to messed up settings.....sorry about the bad grammar lol

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Server Crash or restart

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? if you do, which ones?

Are you using the downloaded version or an SVN revision (if SVN, which
revision number)? Newest verison just updated today

Please provide any additional information below.

Nevermind i got it fixed i deleted the sv.db
