Car Garage for DarkRP #387

My suggestion is:
Having a car garage in DarkRP would make it even better than it is now. I used 
to play on a server called true-rp which had a custom coded car garage setup. 
Here is how it worked: You buy a car from the F4 menu. You drive around, 
whatever. You leave the server. You come back and go to buy that car again just 
to find out; it's free now because you already bought it. I know some SQL but I 
am not sure how to implement it with darkrp. I was reading data.lua trying to 
use the money as a model, but it wasn't too easy to read.

Why this should be in DarkRP by default and not a third party addon:
All of the RP gamemodes that have cars use this feature now. It would evolve 
darkrp so that it stay on the same level as the other RP mods

People get enough money to buy new cars every time they join.
