Resources missing Auto Download

What is the problem?
the FAdmin materials don't auto download

What steps will reproduce the problem (or what were you doing when it
happened)?
set up a fastdl

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? If you do, which ones?
they dont download

Please provide any additional information below.
I have a simple script to fix it.  probably not the best way, but meh.

They are in the resources list, you're adding them to the resources list. the 
only thing that could happen is people downloading them twice.

I don't know what's up, because they didn't attempt to download before, and I 
had the Purple "MISSING TEXTURE YA BISH" on everything on the Scoreboard

They were on the redirect.  Will test later.

Capital letters seem to ruin everything with FastDL.
