Plyers who join spawn unassigned, no player model, no wallet, salery, job field is blank

What is the problem?
when i start my server i get the following error(s)
ERROR! Module 'zlib_b64' not found!
[garrysmod\gamemodes\sandbox\gamemode\rating.lua:5] attempt to index global 
'sql' (a nil value)
Registering gamemode 'sandbox' derived from 'base'
[garrysmod\gamemodes\ldmrp\gamemode\init.lua:92] attempt to index global 'sql' 
(a nil value)
[cpp] 
There was a problem opening the gamemode file 'LDMRP/gamemode/init.lua'

Registering gamemode 'LDMRP' derived from 'sandbox'

after that, whenever someone joins, they spawn with no player model, just a 
grey default model. the job field is blank, they have no money and recieve no 
sallery
there are no in game console errors.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
any time i turn on my server and start a darkrp game.

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? If you do, which ones?

Are you using the downloaded version or an SVN revision (if SVN, which
revision number)?
Latest SVN version (revision 822)

Please provide any additional information below.
DarkRP worked fine for months and this has just started occuring.

You fucked shit up.

your server doesn't recognize the keyword sql. sql is in GLua by default and 
unless you fucked something up this doesn't happen.

thanks, thats really helpful. this server has worked fine for ges and i havent 
changed a thing. if you dont have anything constructive to say just dont say 
it. i want HELP, not someone to tell me i broke something. if you know what i 
broke, plese, tell me.

i used the same files from my other server, all i did was do a copy of all the 
srcds files from one PC to another. the other PC still works fine. so tell me. 
why does EVERY other gamemode that uses SQL, including PERP, work? you wrote it 
so you should know.

Thanks for the absolutly great amount of help. you may have wrote it, but you 
clearly have no clue what goes wrong with it. ive fixed the issue now but 
really, bravo, great work on the support front. NOT :=3

First of all, your personal issue is not a DarkRP bug.
Second of all I told you exactly what the error meant and that something must 
have broken it. I'm sorry for my blunt choice of words, but that is all I can 
make of the errors.

I have no idea what could cause this.
