F4 Menu glitched #983

I've been having trouble lately. I tried resetting the files listed below but 
to no avail. I realize it's my fault; I'm not blaming you- but could you please 
help me? Thanks!

This screenshot shows the issue in-game. Void the "connection lost" part, I 
took it after I stopped the server.
