AAT TSK files wrong waypoint information #226

Describe the bug When downloading an AAT task as .tsk file, the waypoints are not set correctly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any planned AAT Task (e.g. this)
  2. Click on Download -> TSK
  3. Look at the file and see ObservationZone lines which declare (at least in XCSoar) the waypoint type
  4. It is always <ObservationZone radius="1000" type="FAISector"/> or <ObservationZone radius="1000" type="Cylinder"/> for start and finish, but should be the values for the specific waypoint.
