Task start point type is wrong in downloaded DMSt tasks?

Describe the bug When downloading a TSK file with DMSt rules, the start is not a cylinder, but a 2km starting line

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Define Task
2. Download as TSK file
3. Check the file: Start point is start line

Alternatively: Download using XCSoar directly, the same error occurs.

Expected behavior Start point should be cylinder, as to my understanding.

Device (please complete the following information):

• Text file editor for viewing TSK files
• Android for XCSoar direct download
