Add support for API token authentication #19

API tokens allow resource level permissions so would rather use this authentication model over API keys.

Hi @timblackwell Thank you for your PR. Sorry it took so long for a response from our side, it seems there was a mistake made when we did some OCI shuffling and then all source docker file references got swapped on public repositories as well, thanks for fixing that too.
