Allow patching the component library #1388

I have been working with Codename One for several months now. And I have 
stumbled in a lot of bugs and it has been troublesome not being able to fix 
bugs in the CodenameOne component library in advance to new releases of the 
libraries.

I request a way to override the CodenameOne component library. All that was 
revuired for doing this was to guarantee that overshadowing works. It may work 
already, which I have not tested, but I would like to have a commitment from 
Codename One to this.
