Google Charts not working in WebBrowser component (Windows Phone 8) #988

The issue seems to relate to the CN1 tools.

The Windows Phone browser displays the example chart fine when navigating to 
https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/piechart

However, when the example code is put into a CN1 WebBrowser component nothing 
gets shown. (The exact same app compiled to Android works fine on a Galaxy S4.)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a blank app with a single WebComponent.
2. Insert the example pie chart code to be executed.
3. Run on an actual WP8 device. Notice the chart is not displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A interactive chart. Instead, a blank white screen is displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on CN1. Windows 7 OS.

This issue is a real thing, in every browser/platform. Will it be solved?
