We felt that because section was an important part, it should be explained Sections in medical records are a semi formal thing, generally in their field they agree that medical documents should have several fixed "sections" to them, such as "Presenting Complaint", "Social History", medications etc. It's not really a loose definition like "paragraphs" that we are used to, they actually have some structure behind them.

Reason for disagreement: I feel like "section" is too trivial to be defined in the glossary. Section is commonly used in real life, such as a section of seats, a section of a party, a section of hair even. Its meaning is very obvious - dividing something into clear parts. I feel like it was unnecessary and adds on to the reader's burden of already having to read through a very long UG.
I don't think that "section" needs to be explained?
