Description: We found the drop off rate is higher than the accommodation side in the booking process. We assumed that the passenger details form might be the reason. Customers need to fill the form every time they come back since we don’t save anything in the account for later use.
Description: This project is an enhancement project based on an existing feature, which we offer a super valuable offer without identifying the hotel name and room details. With the new deal with some hotels, we can display more information to help customers decide, and expect having more bookings.

- Description: With a 12-year history, KINJO is the top metalworking & workshop brand in Taiwan. The goal of this project is to build an e-commerce site. To collect customer data, manage orders, and reserve workshop online. Also, reshape their digital branding to improve the efficiency of their marketing strategy and sales.
Description: Founded in Taiwan for more than 30 years, Moxa is a leading provider of industrial networking to help customers enable connectivity for the IIoT. The goal for this project is to revamp the original website, integrating all the information, products, and PR content. We aim to give the brand a new digital image with consistent language and improve the experience to fulfill customers' needs to increase the conversion rate.
