functions for concordance #3

Hi Elaina,

great pacakge. However I didnt find any functions to evaluate concordance.

I even checked inside some of the example code you have, But could find it.

Is it just not there, or did I not find it. ?

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your interest! Currently we do not have the example codes to compute C-index, or evaluate concordance. The C-index is a rank-based metric, and a high value does not necessarily imply that the estimated values are close to the true ones. Here we mainly focus on evaluating the quality of the estimation (calibration) by computing the L2 difference (or integrated Brier score).
