The game itself(Pokemon Ultra Sun) runs at 20-25 fps, with lagging sound. But if i start to move my finger at any part of my screen, fps rises up to stable 30, and sound stops stuttering. And if i stop, its starting to lag again. This works even if i move the volume slide, or notification bar.

I don't know if it would be related to bug... But if you want to just have better performance, use no outlines cheat.

This isn't a problem with Citra but probably just some touch boost mechanism of your phone's kernel. Nothing can be done about this.
