Microphone not working (Static noise too) since the last update. #820

Hi. Whether it's static noise option or peripheral sound option, the microphone doesn't work in game. (Tested on Captain Toad only.) (Citra_MMJ_20230809)

Have the same issue. Last working build is Citra_MMJ_20230420
