Bug Ver.20230926 -> static noise and microphone still not working (Android) #828

Hi. Whether it's static noise option or peripheral sound option, the microphone doesn't work ar all. (Tested on Captain Toad only.) The last working build is Citra_MMJ_20230420

I tested on the latest official Android version, which has the same problem... While on the PC version audio input set real device is OK...
