[MH4U] "X" button malfunction #838

Steps:

  1. Open Citra v20230936 and start MH4U
  2. Get control of the playable character
  3. Tap "X" button

Actual result:

  1. The menu appears (The menu will appears when tab Select or Start button, that's intended function)

Expected result:

  1. The menu should not appears
