"Needs authorization" problem #889

I was downloading Citra_MMJ_20231222_StorageAccess_Antutu.apk, Chrome stops downloading and said "Needs authorisation". I looked it up to find out what it meant and they said it's an error with the website. If anyone can help me on this, I would be very much appreciated Screenshot_2024-01-07-16-44-05-615_com miui home
