Publication quality 3D figures using Generic Mapping Tools

Getting ready for publication! Produce plots that really shine out from the crowd!

Not to say matplotlib isn't great, but with Geographic data, sometimes you just need better colormaps and attention to detail that GMT provides out of the box (well, if you spend time reading the docs).
