Secondary text in options should be used for status, not description #118

Secondary text for all options should be revised. According to 
http://developer.android.com/design/patterns/settings.html secondary text  is 
for status, not description so users can see at a glance what the current value 
of a setting is without having to navigate any further.

Secondary text for options "Hide Operators" and "Theme" will be based upon the 
actual value of the preference. Text for all other preferences have to be 
revised according to android standards.
