Add tip to use "Check progress"

In case a user enters an incorrect value a tip dialog should be shown to 
mention that an inccorrect value has been entered. This tip should point out 
that the user can use the menu "Check progress" at all times to check for 
incorrect values.

Intended for:
 * Users who are not yet familiar with the MathDoku app. 

Conditions for displaying:
 * Option "Mark Duplicates" is enabled.
 * The "Do not show again" checkbox for this tip is not checked.

Optional functionality:
 * User who have already solved a game will be treated as an experienced users who already are familiar with the MathDoku app. The "Do not show again" checkbox for this tip will be checked when upgrading to this release.
