- The old newspaper theme isn't perfect, but I still prefer it to the new theme 
(as was mentioned, the new colours are too flat)
- The email wasn't working when I last tested (9 April 11:00). I got "Delivery 
to the following recipient failed permanently:". I can provide more details if 
it is supposed to work.

Old newspaper theme has been removed in r234.

Email inbox for logfile does not yet work. As a workaround a mailforwarding can 
be used (this has been proven to work correctly). This should not block 
releasing the app.

Revision above has fixed:
 * End date of usage logging has been set to May 19th 2013.
 * Project home has been set to "http://mathdoku.net" which redirects to the homepage on code.google.com. Other links which are displayed in the app will all be redirected to code.google.com. All links in the app are now short links which will fit one line on a screen with 400dp width.

     - List of issues: mathdoku.net/issues.php
     - Explanation of usage logginh: mathdoku.net/usagelog.php
 * Remaining German language strings have been fixed

Tested Revision 251: This looks good. Question raised about the end date of 
usage logging on Issue 114.

Just one issue: URL "mathdoku.net/usagelog.php" does not appear to redirect, 
just gives 404.
