Force Close when orientation change during New Game generation #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hold phone vertically
2. Select New Game -> 8x8
3. While game is being generated, turn the phone horizontally.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect orientation to change and new game to be displayed. Instead a Force 
Close occurs (on a real device). Emulator appears to hang.

It's caused by trying to dismiss the Progress Dialog
