Set limit for Month and Year to show. #41

Hi, this is an awesome lib. But now I don't want infinitive scrolling when choosing year and month, I need to limit the showed years in yearTable between current year to next 100 year. How can I do that? And similar to the calendarTable. I just want to begin from the current month.
