Missing dependency on linux (libncurses5-dev) #66

After doing a fresh install of linux, I found that while building angel, there 
was a missing dependency not satisfied by running the .nix-prereq.sh script.

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lncurses

This was on a fresh ubuntu 12.04 install.
Just adding it will fix the problem.

I haven't checked in a while (sorry), but I'm guessing this is resolved in the 
latest version in the mercurial repo?
