Swig is to old for Angel on Linux #67

Ubuntu 12.04

Make outputs information about SWIG, it says something like: "SWIG 2.0.4 is to 
old for Angel, update atleast to 2.0.6". In root directory i found only SWIGWIN 
2.0.6.

Mine was using the SWIG on my system (OSX 10.7) as I had it installed via Brew, 
my "fix" was just to update my brew version "sudo brew update swig" and it then 
worked fine :)
