[enhancement] support pass-through command line args #229

I know the way to do it now is to invoke nme with -DFOO and then have <haxedef 
name="FOO" if="FOO"> in the nmml but that becomes frustrating as soon as 
there's more than a few -Ds. I'm calling nme from a Makefile and just want one 
place where all the -Ds are taken care of.

So I am requesting that nme support something like -XDFOO which would then pass 
-DFOO to the haxe compiler.
