Uncaught exception: Application tried to remove a Screen that was not added to a UI Engine

What cartridge are you playing?
different, e.g. Artus, New Schlossgarten Bruchsal

What is your phone/PDA manufacturer and model? What GPS are you using?
BlackBerry Torch 9800, internal GPS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start cartridge
2. Trying to "Save"
3.

What is the expected output? What happens instead?
I expect that the current state is saved, so that I could re-start from there. 
Instead the program crashes with above mentioned error message.

What version are you using?
0.4.3, though in the UI it says r428

I am seeing this same error message as well.  I upgraded from 0.4.1 to 0.4.3, 
same results for cartridges "Hangman Constellations" and "Hangman Flags" using 
BlackBerry Bold 9700.  To reproduce, try to solve the cartridge.  When I expect 
successful results, OpenWIG crashes with "Uncaught exception: removeScreen: 
Application tried to remove a Screen that was not added to a UI Engine."
