Cannot remove trailing whitespace #243

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on Save action: Remove trailing whitespace on all lines
2. Create a protofile (with proto extension).
3. Add some trailing whitespace.
4. Save.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect trailing whitespace to be removed. It stays there however.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse SDK 4.3.1, build Google Internal Build R4_3_maintenance_google_gg14. 
Protocol Buffer Editor (Google3 Edition), version 1.5.5.201310070953.

Please provide any additional information below.
