View modules that are not available on NUSMods #3

Because of a06c57fb86b337ef0feee270e1f426901088602b it is not possible to view modules that are not available on NUSMods (at the moment, that means modules not offered in the current semester).

@BenMQ Why would you want to view the CORS bidding stats of modules not offered in the current semester?

For modules that's only offered in sem2, especially GEM and SS etc, bidding points is likely used as part of the decision making process.

Anyway if the referenced issue in NUSMods is resolved then this issue is no longer relevant.
