this is to list all the possible things in v3:

Node.js
- Drop Node 16 support (end-of-life 2023-09-11)
migrate to the new eslint config(eslint.config.js): https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/configure/configuration-files-new
Convert to esm?
removing eslint-plugin-prettier: https://prettier.io/docs/en/integrating-with-linters.html#notes
