The maintained repo of org-noter is there since March 2023.
The new requirement of having pdf-tools installed breaks the install of org-noter.
On my OpenBSD box, pdf-tools will not compile. Now pdf-tools have become a requirement, i can now longer use org-noter. I used it for epubs.
