Disable stats for Chinese & update Simplified Chinese translations #11

Since common Chinese Character have approximately 3500, it's seems impossible to use all of them to group pages.
Also suggest considering disable this in Japanese, since Japanese also use a lot of Chinese Characters too.
Korean seems have an alphabet too, may consider to add a Korean charset, but I'm not familar with it.
