Revenant weapons do not account for uncharged state #166

What went wrong?

Two identical loadouts with a target of Callisto, 'In the Wilderness' extra option enabled on both, 'Ursine Chainmace (charged)' on one, 'Ursine Chainmace (uncharged)' on the other, give identical results. The Webweaver Bow and Accursed Sceptre behave similarly.

What did you expect to happen?

'Ursine Chainmace (uncharged)' should be outputting much lower DPS than 'Ursine Chainmace (charged)'. Same for Webweaver and Sceptre.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox, Chrome

What device(s) are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

I triple checked I didn't miss anything before submitting, but it's possible I did. The Scythe of Vitur (charged) vs (uncharged) calculates as expected.
