Refine monster list #61

What went wrong?

There's a few nonsense monsters that show up in the list:

[x] RuneScape:Sandbox/4
[x] RuneScape:Templates
[x] Weak Barrier
[x] Medium Barrier
[x] Strong Barrier
[x] Overcharged Barrier
[ ] Penance Healer
[ ] Penance Runner
[ ] Penance Queen
[ ] Void Knight (Pest Control)

Some other oddities maybe worth considering getting rid of:

[ ] Cave kraken#Whirlpool
[ ] Kraken#Whirlpool
[ ] Enormous Tentacle#Whirlpool
[x] Historical versions

Some unncessary monsters have been filtered out by https://github.com/weirdgloop/osrs-dps-calc/commit/a2c4262799b00960f47db7945c62321396063536. Will work on refining the list further.
