update data_path #7

1.Update data_path

A preprocessed TVSum dataset (downsampled to 320 frames per video) is available here. file name of pre-processed dataset is 'fcsn_TVSum.h5'

Update string format in train.py
- edited string format. f'{epoch_i} -> {}.format(epoch_i)
- not support string format, like f'{epoch_i}', in python2.7, python3.5
- support string format, like {}.format(epoch_i), in python2.7, python3.5, python3.6
