Progress towards #3 and #4 just for Tozai line. Given the new setup, the bulk of the task for #3 and #4 is just filling in data.

Removes duplicate data from scraper
Since station IDs are added for Tozai line, Tozai line TrainLine component is now setup from a filter of the list of train stations.
