Office Automation : Electronic Form System

This project is a subsystem of Office Automation at Fiscal Information Agency, Ministry of Finance in Taiwan. The electronic form is implemented to make apporval workflows online and streamlined, which is integrated with Human Resource System, Salary System and Attandance Management System to keep all approvals together and know exactly what situation of processes are. Every team member can requires approvals with automate process such as Purchases, Expense Claims and Time Off Requests, and stays in the know and up to date with a full range of status updates.
