Bullet points are not showing up properly.

Examples: 4.1, 6.1, 7.3.1.

Thank you for the suggestion. New line was not added between each sections in the markdown file.

However, we do not feel that the appropriate severity was selected as this flaw only appears once in the UG and causes minor inconvenience to the user. Thus, we have downgraded the severity to low.
