tree display icon improvements #19

The default icon is a folder, maybe we can pick something a bit more generic (since some tests do have children but they are more than just a container for other tests).

Also, some tests are :configuration, can we color them differently? Maybe darker or less saturated, or maybe even a different icon. A wrench?

So far, the test tree icons have been updated with new icons for configuration and non-configuration tests. The test output tree icons still need to be updated.

Also, Jeff has expressed a desire to distinguish parent from leaf tests, so that still needs to be implemented as well.
