rules for recurring events

rules for recurring events can not be created from event creation page

Freature request:

• rule to select e.g. first monday every month

Two solutions are possible:

• Could be solved by creating an appropriate rule in the backend.
• Alternativly we could give admins the capability to create rules themselves (with an appropriate interface)
