Lat/Long for Origin/Dest (without Geocoding) don't work. #18

Just entering origin lat/long and dest lat/long does not work. I don't want geocoding to happen, but it does not work without entering the origin/dest for geocoding.

The origin/dest are also used to work around some internal constraints for data handling. So we cannot get rid of them yet... Please make sure the same lat/long pairs share the same name...
