Color Legend not applying when filtered to a single segment #1

When the data is filtered to show the route for a single taxi/vessel etc the color legend is no longer applied.

Eg. in the attached PBIX file based on the sample file, if I filter to show only Taxi 38020 the route no longer shows when the taxi is Taken or Empty.

I thought one color legend is not helpful, so I removed it... Now I put it back in 1.1.2. The legend features are always available no matter how.
