Bug fix for issue #19 #20

Bing map appeared with white background patches or full map. After removing the "visible" property of ICustomMapStyle for political and district - works fine.

I downloaded the source files and packed it to pbviz file locally. Microsoft has a tutorial about PBI visuals development, so I just followed it.
