Expense use budget of wrong category #3

Run the following commands: clear topup -$100 addCat t/Food topup t/Food -$50 add -d Shopee -$10

If I am not mistaken, this should not affect the budget of Food (which I have allocated $50 for), but the Budget Balance bar shows Food Budget Balance to be $40.
