Hi, I wonder whether if there is a way to reduce the standard output from various steps of saige qtl. Currently, I did not seem to see that option, although a quick search in repo showed several verbose options in the code.
I realized the log file can be huge when running saige qtl on a lot of features, and can also make program slower when many lines are written to a log file in workflow tools like snakemake.
