Do you have any plan to update Wiki page with new SAIGE-GENE+? I also noticed that in the preprint, you used only common markers (MAF >= 1%) for GRM, while SAIGE-GENE needs markers from other MAF categories (rare and ultra-rare) for estimating variance ratio, am I missing something or SAIGE-GENE+ doesn't need rare markers for constructing the GRM?
