I created an environment named RSAIGE. After I activated it I installed the packages listed in the attached file environment-RSAIGE.yaml. Finally I tried to install r-saige from Bioconda as follows but failed. See the error messages below.
(RSAIGE) C:\Users\user1>conda install -c bioconda r-saige
