Running SAIGE with small sample #420

Hi,

I always appreciate this great tools you built.

Does the variance component converge even if I run SAIGE with a small sample (such as, n<1000) ? If it is okay to run with small sample size data, I wonder if other similar tools such as SAIGE-GENE and POLMM are okay too.
