Hi, I am trying to run SAIGE on an eye phenotype where I have two measurements per eye, and according to this paper, Linear Regression Analysis of Continuous Correlated Eye Data,(https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28102741/) , the author suggests that I need to take into account the correlation between both eyes, does anyone has any idea of what would be the best way to incorporate that phenotypic correlation into SAIGE. Thank you
